Ruth is a partner in the Private Property and Agriculture team specialising in rural and residential property law.
She deals with the sale and purchase of farms and estates as well as advising on agricultural tenancies and licences, farm subsidies, renewables, telecoms leases, secure and assured shorthold residential tenancies (including agricultural occupancies), reservation of future development value, public and private rights of way, restrictive and other covenants, land registration, easements and profits and manorial rights.
As well as being a specialist agricultural lawyer, Ruth is also experienced in the conveyancing of high value residential properties including country houses and London flats and townhouses. She has particular expertise in handling the sale and purchase of listed buildings.
Ruth joined Clarke Willmott in 2013 from Withers LLP in London and is a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
