Peter Knibbs joined Clarke Willmott in 2017, having qualified as a solicitor in 2013. Peter practised as a solicitor advocate, before practising at a West Country law firm from 2014 until joining Clarke Willmott. Peter is also a trained barrister (non-practising), having been Called to the Bar in 2009.
Peter is a solicitor in the Property Litigation team specialising in commercial lease disputes and other property related disputes. Peter’s expertise includes working with commercial landlord and tenants in the resolution of disputes, including dilapidations, lease renewals, service of notices, break clauses, and forfeiture of leases.
In his spare time Peter enjoys playing tennis and badminton, along with playing the piano and going hiking in the countryside.

- Drafting and service of statutory notices, and disputes arising thereafter
