Nathan is a Solicitor in the Property Litigation team.
Nathan joined Clarke Willmott in 2015. Before joining Clarke Willmott, Nathan studied History at the University of York, undertook his legal education at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice and trained with Charles Russell Speechlys.
During his training Nathan gained experience of a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious property matters. Nathan has particular experience in dealing with disputed rights of way, excessive use of easements, possession proceedings, public & private nuisance and riparian rights.
Nathan is a member of the Law Society.
