Laura is an Associate in the Family team specialising in all areas of family law, with a particular emphasis on the financial consequences of divorce and representing high net worth clients in cases involving substantial assets, often with an international element. Laura also acts for unmarried couples in cohabitation disputes and financial claims on behalf of children.
Laura advises on all private children law issues and has experience in international children matters, including Hague Convention cases, leave to remove applications and international surrogacy arrangements.
Laura also represents clients in non-contentious matters, such as pre-marital and cohabitation agreements.
Laura graduated from the University of Bristol in 2004, and went on to study at the Bristol Institute of Legal Practice. Laura completed her training contract at Manches LLP in London and qualified into their family team as a solicitor in 2009. She joined Clarke Willmott in June 2013.
Laura has written articles for the New Law Journal and is a member of Resolution.
