Charlotte Lowley is a Solicitor in Clarke Willmott’s Southampton Commercial and Private Client Litigation team.
Charlotte joined Clarke Willmott LLP as a paralegal in 2012 after studying at Bournemouth University where she obtained a 2:1 degree classification in Law. She then completed the LPC at the College of Law in Guildford where she obtained a Distinction. Charlotte qualified as a solicitor with the firm in September 2015.
Charlotte has experience acting for individuals and companies in a range of disputes and has been involved in both County Court and High Court disputes.
- Commercial Disputes – Charlotte has successfully acted and assisted on a wide range of commercial and contractual disputes, in particular she has acted on a number of breach of contract claims relating to goods and services. Charlotte always considers the commercial implications and advises on the most commercial and cost effective resolution.
- Enforcement and Debt recovery– Charlotte has successfully acted for both individuals and large corporate bodies who are seeking to enforce debts both within and outside of UK jurisdiction.
- Professional negligence – Charlotte has experience of professional negligence claims and has assisted on a number of high value cases. She has recently assisted on a number of cases acting for lenders against both legal professionals and surveyors.
