Adam is a Solicitor in the Commercial and Private Client Litigation team and is based in Birmingham.
Adam’s expertise includes working with commercial and private clients in a diverse range of cases, including contractual disputes, breach of statutory duties, establishment of trusts and debt claims.
Adam joined Clarke Willmott LLP as a trainee in 2010 after studying at the University of East Anglia, where he obtained a 2:1 degree classification in Law and American Law. He then completed the LPC at Birmingham College of Law, where he obtained a Distinction and was awarded the College of Law prize for achieving the highest overall litigation mark in Birmingham. Adam qualified as a solicitor with the firm in September 2012.

- Advising private clients on their entitlement to a beneficial share of property under trust law.
- Advising both commercial and private clients on obtaining and enforcing money judgments against debtors.
