Four leading West of England Local Authorities have come together to consolidate their panel of legal services providers, in a bid to reduce public spending. The panel, which is to service North Somerset Council, South Gloucestershire Council, Bristol City Council and Bath & North East Somerset Council, is to run for four years. Clarke Willmott have been appointed to the panel to provide Public Law & Procurement and Property services following the competitive tendering process.
Clarke Willmott have worked on some of the most significant public sector-led projects in the South West, including the Bristol and Bath Science Park at Emersons Green (and the establishment of the National Composites Centre), the former RAF base at Locking Parklands, Weston-Super-Mare, Swindon town centre and Bristol Harbourside (including @Bristol and the Watershed).
