Clarke Willmott advises on sale of Import Services Limited to Xpediator Plc

Clarke Willmott has advised the shareholders of Southampton-based business Import Services, on the sale of the company to freight management services provider Xpediator plc.

Import Services is a contract logistics and warehousing business that operates from the Port of Southampton. It was founded in 1984, and turned over £21.7m in the year to 31 December 2017.

Kelvin Balmont, Partner and head of our Southampton Corporate team led on the deal. Assistance on the property aspects of the deal were provided by Joseph Campbell (Commercial Property Partner).
