In addition, he has considerable experience of a broad range of disputes involving suppliers, purchasers, directors, shareholders, partnerships, professionals, financial institutions, agencies and distributors. He is an experienced practitioner in cases involving the Commercial and Technology and Construction Courts and the Court of Appeal. He is also an active participant in mediation and has referred many cases to this form of ADR.
His expertise in professional negligence has seen him involved in numerous solicitors interventions and providing advice and assistance on a wide variety of professional, conduct and regulatory issues. He has sat on the ethics committee of a major university in the North West and currently sits on the research ethics committee of Oxford University. He continues to advise both private and commercial clients on cases involving the whole spectrum of negligent advice by professionals.
