Marta is a Solicitor in Clarke Willmott’s Southampton Commercial Property team. Marta advises on all aspect of commercial property including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenants matters, development and securitisation work acting for both borrowers and lending institutions. Marta also has experience of ground rent reversion investments.
Marta graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a first-class law degree in 2011 and completed the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law in Guildford with a distinction in 2017.
Marta trained at Clarke Willmott LLP and qualified in March 2018.
