Acting for a nationally renowned business in relation to the termination of three senior employees following fraudulent activity by them. Advised on both strategy and activation.
Acting on behalf of a well known building contractor in the termination of their Managing Director following poor performance and fraudulent activity. Advice included defending Employment Tribunal proceedings. The matter was successfully concluded with the individual withdrawing claims against the employer as well as the return for no consideration of his shareholding.
Acting on behalf of a leading FE College in support of their sponsorship of a local under-performing school transferring to Academy status. Advising on all aspects of the employee transfers, including redundancies and changes to terms and conditions of employment.
Acting on behalf of a leading building suppliers organisation in relation to the termination of a senior main board director. Advice included dealing with appropriate strategy, activation of that strategy and executive’s solicitors.
