Josh is a Solicitor in the Construction team specialising primarily in contentious construction law and dispute resolution. Josh is frequently involved with adjudication and proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court as well as matters at an earlier stage; progressing them through the Pre-Action Protocol for Construction and Engineering Disputes.
Josh’s experience includes working with a range of employers, contractors and specialist subcontractors. Josh has worked on complex, high-value construction disputes on both a regional and national level for clients across a variety of sectors.
Josh joined the department in 2015 as a paralegal after working at a legal consultancy specialising in construction law. Josh completed his training contract at the firm, qualifying in 2017, having undertaken seats in Contentious Construction, Insolvency and Commercial Property.
