Experience

Emily’s clients say:

“It gives me the greatest of pleasure to write this testimonial! I must admit that when we discussed bringing Emily in on my case, I was concerned that I would not be getting the same level of expertise and quick response. Emily very quickly demonstrated that there was no reason for concern.

1) She very quickly got to know the detail of my case, to the point that if I rang she knew exactly where the case was up to

2) Emily managed to both empathise, comfort but also tell me things I may not have wanted to hear at the time… she was also VERY good at bringing constructive suggestions into play, which meant I could still find some positive resolution

3) She attended a second court hearing with me and my barrister. Her knowledge of the case and the law surrounding my case was impressive. She remained so very focused throughout on the proceedings .. impressing me with her knowledge and skill in identifying the crux of the matter.

Working with Emily has been a pleasure. As an auditor I appreciate it when people take the effort to fully acquaint themselves with the problem in hand, and give honest answers. As a client, I appreciated the empathy, care, consideration and utmost professionalism demonstrated to me.

As in all business circles there are young professionals working hard at what they do. In their specific circle they are labelled as “one to watch”…they also take into consideration TALENT, which cannot be learned. Emily is talented, hard working and definitely ONE TO WATCH!”

“My experience of hiring Clarke Willmott for my case was, and continues to be, excellent. During what has been a difficult time, having to go through court to regain contact with my daughter, Emily Barcilon demonstrated a high level of professionalism and during the whole process I felt assured that Emily was doing everything she could for the end result to be a positive one. Whenever I needed clarity on something, the response time was fantastic and the answer to my query was explained very clearly. I have already recommended Emily to a work colleague who is having similar issues to myself, and I would have no problem in recommending Emily to anybody else in the future. Thank you again Emily, you’re a credit to the Clarke Willmott team and also thank you to Chris for his support too.”
