Cheryl is a Partner in Clarke Willmott’s Bristol Commercial Property team. Specialisms include advising and assisting developers though the process of site assembly, site acquisition, planning, funding and site setup of the development.
Her focus is on acquisition of land for residential development for house builders and she has acted for a number of national and regional house builders. Cheryl has extensive experience with options conditional contracts and sales to affordable housing providers.
Cheryl has worked in a number of roles within her career including general commercial property and also as a manager of a successful plot sales team dealing with a high volume of plot sales for a number of national and regional house builders.
