Charlotte Lowley is a Solicitor in Clarke Willmott’s Southampton commercial and private client litigation team.
Charlotte joined Clarke Willmott LLP as a paralegal in 2012 after studying at Bournemouth University where she obtained a 2:1 degree classification in Law. She then completed the LPC at the College of Law in Guildford where she obtained a Distinction. Charlotte qualified as a solicitor with the firm in September 2015.
Charlotte has experience acting for individuals and companies in a range of disputes and has been involved in both County Court and High Court disputes.
Commercial Disputes – Charlotte has successfully acted and assisted on a wide range of commercial and contractual disputes, in particular she has acted on a number of breach of contract claims relating to goods and services. Charlotte always considers the commercial implications and advises on the most commercial and cost effective resolution.
Enforcement and debt recovery– Charlotte has successfully acted for both individuals and large corporate bodies who are seeking to enforce debts both within and outside of UK jurisdiction.
Professional negligence – Charlotte has experience of professional negligence claims and has assisted on a number of high value cases. She has recently assisted on a number of cases acting for lenders against both legal professionals and surveyors.
