Facilitated by Michael McCarron, Founder of Micalm mindful meditation, you will be given simple and useful mindfulness tools, practises and tips to help reduce daily anxieties and to focus your mind so that you will be ready for the working day ahead. Michael will also lead some guided meditations to really start your day off in the best way.
The current pandemic and the sudden changes it has brought into people’s working and personal lives over the past few months has perhaps further improved general awareness of mental health and its importance. We think it is advantageous to stay in tune with your mental health and practises you can implement to maintain it, to help you both at work and whatever comes your way outside of it.
