Book your place now to come along to our Essential Employment Law and HR Training Sessions. This course is aimed at HR professionals, managers, directors and other professionals.

This series is hosted by Paula Squire, Partner and Head of Taunton’s Employment team, together with Juliette Staunton, Senior HR Consultant and Katy Ponsford, Associate.

Training details

Our essential session has been broken down into two key modules on two different dates (see below). Do join us for one or both. Each session is run online. If you cannot make a date, you can still purchase the recorded sessions to watch at your convenience.

Session One

This session will take place at 10:00am – 12:00pm on Thursday 24 November online via Microsoft Teams.

We will cover:

• Disciplinary handling, including conducting an investigation
• Grievance procedures and mediation
• Having those awkward conversations
• Top 10 HR mistakes!
• Question and Answer session with the experts

Session Two

This session will take place at 10:00am – 12:00pm on Tuesday 6 December online via Microsoft Teams.

We will cover:

• Absence management: short- and long-term absence
• Capability procedures
• Overview of discrimination claims including top tips
• Navigating mental health issues
• Top HR frequently asked questions!
• Question and Answer session with the experts

Cost

£195 + VAT for one session
£350 + VAT for both sessions
