Solicitor – Commercial Property – Bristol
We are seeking a 0-2 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join our thriving team in our Bristol office working on a variety of work.
In this role, you will be joining a team led by 12 Partners who work on a wide range of commercial property matters with leading clients.
Our Bristol team has a diverse client base who work in a range of sectors including investment, telecoms, retail, banking and financial services and social housing.
Our national Commercial Property team has presence in all seven of our offices and consists of approximately 95 fee earners and support staff. We are consistently regarded in the Legal 500, with a focus on quality work with reputable clients. Nationally, we have 27 well-regarded Partners and we are continuing to grow.

Most of our people choose to work in a hybrid fashion, working from home and attending our offices on occasion. Our offices are in Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Southampton, and Taunton.
Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by:
Primarily you will be dealing with portfolio management, acquisition and disposal issues for a variety of national and local investment and occupational companies, as well as undertaking some development work.
This role will develop your technical and client management skills with access to challenging and complex work, working alongside highly respected senior practitioners. As an expanding team, there are real opportunities for career development as you gain expertise and build your wider skill set.
You will assist on large scale transactions providing valuable support while gaining insight and experience on how to manage significant projects. You will also manage smaller transactions subject to supervision from senior lawyers in the team.
We will support and encourage you to get involved in business development activities and become embedded into your client sectors.
