We are seeking a 0-2 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join our thriving team in either our Birmingham or Manchester office working on a variety of work.

The role

Our national Commercial Property team has presence in all seven of our offices and consists of approximately 95 fee earners and support staff. We are consistently regarded in the Legal 500, with a focus on quality work with reputable clients. Nationally, we have 27 well-regarded Partners and we are continuing to grow.

In this role, you will be joining a team led by five Partners and also a Senior Associate who work on a wide range of commercial property matters with leading clients.

Our team is going from strength to strength with the quality and volume of new clients and work. You will have plenty of guidance and encouragement from highly regarded lawyers to develop your expertise on a wide range of commercial property work including investment, retail and development (residential and commercial) and property finance.

You will assist on large scale transactions providing valuable support while gaining insight and experience on how to manage significant projects. You will also manage smaller transactions subject to supervision from senior lawyers in the team.

Our Birmingham and Manchester team has a diverse client base including high street banks, private investment companies and individuals, major landowners, retail chains and local authorities. You will have plenty of client contact and be encouraged to participate in business development activities.
