We have an exceptional reputation for our work in the commercial property (real estate) sector. Our national Commercial Property team advises on all aspects of the commercial property life-cycle, from acquisition and development through to asset management and disposal and everything in between.
We act for a broad spectrum of clients including developers, investors, retailers, lending institutions, registered providers, local authorities, charities, health care organisations and business occupiers.
We specialise in secured lending, property acquisitions and disposals including property due diligence and real estate finance, property/portfolio management work, and the property aspects of corporate acquisitions disposal and funding. We can offer expert advice relating to large regeneration schemes and work with development agencies on major regeneration projects and on many gap funding transactions. We have extensive experience in acting for developers in respect of site acquisitions, development and overage agreements, conditional contracts, complex land assembly and associated planning issues, including highway and other infrastructure agreements, together with the subsequent sales of developed plots.
As a partner, you will of course also be expected to play a full role in the growth and development of the team, including supervision and coaching for junior lawyers, facilitating communication and knowledge sharing and helping to shape the future of the practice.
It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.
With your established reputation within commercial property and the sectors we operate within, we should be able to take it as read that you have developed a strong technical skills and knowledge base in property legal advice.
