We are looking for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to work with us, handling development matters for landowners, commercial developers and house builders.

This role will focus your technical and client management skills with access to challenging and varied work, working alongside highly respected leading practitioners. There are real opportunities for career development as you gain momentum and build your client relationships.

We will support and encourage you to get involved in business development activities and become embedded into your client sectors, as well as nurturing and extending existing client relationships.

This role is right for you if:

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to rapidly progress their career and enjoy a challenge within a large and fast paced team.

If you are a qualified Associate or Senior Associate, ideally with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience gained with a leading property practice, we would very much like to hear from you.  We will consider CVs from exceptional candidates with less experience.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong intellect, evidenced with a high level of technical experience, and be someone who shows initiative, drive and excellent client management skills. Whilst this particular role is focussed within development, if you have a broad experience within commercial property but a desire to specialise within the development field then we would still be very interested in hearing from you.

We expect you to be a genuine team player and a great communicator, who enjoys working alongside others.

Experience of supervising and mentoring junior members of a team would be advantageous. You must be commercially minded, and willing to take advantage of the fantastic opportunities for career development within this team.
