A Commercial Property Solicitor role specialising in investment work, in a large and thriving team in Bristol.

Our national Commercial Property team has presence in all seven of our offices and consists of approximately 95 fee earners and support staff. Nationally, we have 28 well-regarded Partners and we are continuing to grow. Highly regarded in all regions, the team in Bristol is widely admired in the community, drawing high praise from peers and clients. In this role, you will be working alongside three Partners who specialise in investment property management.
We are looking for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to work with us, handling development files matters for registered providers and commercial developers and housebuilders.
This role will develop your technical and client management skills with access to challenging and varied work, working alongside highly respected senior practitioners. As an expanding team, there are real opportunities for career development as you gain expertise and build your wider skill set.
We will support and encourage you to get involved in business development activities and become embedded into your client sectors.
It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.

If you have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience gained with a leading property practice, we would very much like to hear from you.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong intellect, evidenced with a high level of academic achievement, and be someone who shows initiative, drive, and excellent organisation skills.
