We advise our national clients on corporate recovery and insolvency issues and helping to develop and implement turnaround strategies.

We provide a high quality service to insolvency practitioners, finance providers and other creditors. We also advise the management of distressed businesses.

We’ve acted on eight reported cases in the last three years alone. We’ve also brought ground-breaking actions for wrongful trading, fraudulent trading and transactions defrauding creditors (s.423 of the Insolvency Act).

We can also advise on all issues facing insolvency practitioners in corporate recovery, including pre-pack sales of assets. Our Business Restructuring team works with companies, turnaround specialists and insolvency practitioners in restructuring businesses, both solvent and insolvent.

In addition, we have enormous experience in acting for trustees in bankruptcy, realising assets effectively and efficiently. And we have market-leading expertise in PRU cases, particularly in dealing with problematic annulment cases.
