how we helped our clients

The clients we act for include property developers, investors, banks and other lending institutions as well as business occupiers. The work we do includes land acquisition and development, property management, secured lending and investment acquisitions.

A shortage of developable land, new legislation, planning delay and new sources of funding mean that developments are often undertaken using increasingly complicated structures and approaches.

We provide specialist advice given by lawyers with the highest technical ability, but also with an interest in and understanding of the property market. We will, where appropriate, be proactive in pushing a transaction to completion and will take a pragmatic approach – fighting for the issues that really matter, managing those that don’t to avoid them causing delay.

This requires a close partnership with our clients and a good understanding of their business. This in turn allows us to unearth opportunities for our clients and to use our influence in the markets in which we operate to ensure that a successful outcome is achieved.
