It may be possible to regenerate areas threatened with decline so assisting the local authority and maintaining sustainable communities whilst at the same time delivering a prime retail site in an upcoming area.

Our property team has extensive expertise in handling complex development agreements between the acquiring authority and development partner as well as the actual purchase of the site. Working closely with our nationally rated planning team, we can negotiate section 106 agreements and provide advice on planning permissions and conditions.

We also handle more straight forward acquisitions whether by leasehold or freehold purchase.
