Our pensions team provides the full range of advice to occupational pension schemes, including small self-administered schemes (SSAS's). Recent work has included:

• amendments to trust documentation;
• advice on trustee powers and duties; and
• advice on employer loans, security and the provision of the necessary loan documentation
