Property development is an area we understand, perhaps more than most. In the past 12 months, we’ve advised on commercial, residential and mixed-use developments in the South, the South West and the Midlands.

We don’t just offer standalone expertise in property. We bring the 100 or so lawyers in our property, planning, environment and construction teams together to support our clients’ entire legal needs - from the initial planning, environmental and finance stages, through to land acquisition, construction and sales.
