We are committed to growing our Social Housing Sector through our dedicated social housing team which is led by Anne Hayward. Our wide experience enables us to deliver practical and innovative solutions to our clients.

We have over 50 RP clients and 20 Local authority clients as well as broader housing experience through acting for house builders some of whom have established their own social housing function and regeneration bodies.

We have experience across the entire range of services that Housing Associations require. Our services include corporate and commercial deals, property acquisitions and development, plot and shared ownership, right to acquire, right to buy sales, planning and environmental work, construction contracts, PFI and procurement, finance, regeneration, employment and pension matters, tenancies and housing management issues both contentious and non-contentious, and dispute resolution.

We also have strong relationships with other property-based professionals, such as surveyors, planning authorities, banks, accountants and housing consultants acknowledge our position in the sector. The Social Housing Team are members of the National Housing Federation, associates of the Chartered Institute of Housing and Community Housing Cymru. We also have a number of our partners as board members of housing associations.
