We advise farmers, rural landowners and agribusinesses in relation to compliance with the increasingly complex laws relating to environmental protection and regulatory law on strict liability criminal offences. Our specialists personally represent clients in the Magistrates' Courts and as we have higher rights of audience in the Crown Courts defending prosecutions from regulatory bodies and the Crown Prosecution Service and representing clients at public inquiries.
