Philip has wide experience of Insolvency and Corporate Recovery. He regularly advises insolvency practitioners, companies, directors and financial stakeholders in relation to a range of issues arising in corporate and personal insolvency, and in relation to the restructuring and turnaround of ailing businesses.

Philip is recognised as a leader in insolvency law by Chambers legal directory, sits on the regional committee for R3 and is a regional co-ordinator for the Turnaround Management Association.
