Stuart is a farmer's son and specialises in tax planning for farmers, estate owners and other businessmen.  He works with other professionals to ensure that businesses are structured to minimise family tax burdens and to ensure that Wills and, where appropriate, trusts are used to best advantage.  He is a member of Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP), Agricultural Law Association, Law Society Probate Section, and the Securities Institute (MSI). Stuart has qualified status for investment advice (securities and portfolio Management). He is recognised as an expert in private client law by the Legal Experts directory and is also a Notary Public.
