Stephanie is based in our Birmingham office and specialises in insolvency, restructuring and property repossessions. Acting mainly for insolvency practitioners, banks and creditors, Stephanie regularly advises on corporate insolvency transactions including pre-pack administrations, antecedent transactions within both bankruptcy and corporate insolvency proceedings, property receiverships and high value bankruptcy estates.  

Drawing on her bankruptcy and property recovery expertise, Stephanie heads up the Matrimonial Homes Unit which specialises in the possession and sale of property for bankruptcy estates and for mortgagees. In particular, the Matrimonial Homes Unit prides itself on being able to provide an expedient, practical and price competitive service to insolvency practitioner and mortgagee clients with the aim of extracting the maximum value from properties, even when they have marginal equity.
