Robert specialises in private client work; drafting and advising on the creation and operation of trusts and wills for tax and succession planning. He regularly lectures on Inheritance Tax, in particular on the relief available to those owning agricultural and business property. As well as advising UK individuals and families Robert has experience of opportunities available to resident but non domiciled individuals and those wishing to make use of offshore trusts. Has also advised banks and financial institutions on loan arrangements to trustees and beneficiaries of trusts. Robert is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
