Gareth is head of the family team. He is a specialist focussing solely in complex divorce settlements and cohabitation/unmarried family disputes, in which he is an accredited Resolution specialist. His practice is both national and international, and often involves entrepreneurs, senior executives, business people and their businesses.

He also advises on asset protection prior to divorce, including trust structures. His aim is to resolve disputes as swiftly and constructively as possible, whilst protecting his clients' best interests. He is acknowledged as a leader in his field in Chambers, Legal 500 (ranked top tier) and Legal Experts directories. He is both a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer.
