Bonnie specialises in contentious property including landlord and tenant disputes, rent reviews and telecoms related disputes. In her lengthy career she has been involved with some of the leading reported cases, including on repairs, rating, assignment and enfranchisement. She is a trained PACT arbitrator, an ADR accredited mediator, a member of ARBRIX, a member of the Property Litigation Association and was an invited member of the RICS Presidents Initiative. Bonnie is recognised as a leader in her field by Chambers legal directory.
