Rod specialises in agricultural and commercial property with an emphasis on estate management. This includes the acquisition and disposal of agricultural estates and commercial properties as well as advice on agricultural and commercial landlord and tenant issues. He also advises on environmental schemes, the Common Agricultural Policy and on many aspects of property law relating to charities. Due to his farming background, Rod is familiar with many of the practical issues affecting landowners and their property. He is also a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
