Tom specialises in non-contentious agricultural and rural property matters such as estate, farm, country house, land and forestry sales and purchases, agricultural landlord and tenant relationships, share and contract farming agreements, telecommunications leases, mortgage and re-mortgage work, easements, covenants and sporting rights. He is also a qualified chartered surveyor in the Rural Faculty of the RICS which places him in a unique position to advise landowners, farmers and fellow rural professionals on a wide range of agricultural and rural issues. Tom is recognised as an agricultural law expert by the Chambers legal directory.
