Sam is a senior associate in the family Team. She specialises in financial disputes arising from marriage and cohabitation. Her cases often involve complex business structures, in particular acting for doctors and dentists, and assets held in foreign jurisdictions. She has considerable experience acting for clients of different faiths. She is well known as a tough negotiator. She advises clients in relation to international surrogacy arrangements. She has been consistently ranked in Chambers since 2004. She is an accredited Resolution specialist. She is also a collaborative lawyer, member of the Bristol Resolution committee and Bristol Association of Women Solicitors.
