Anne leads the sector and has many years' experience as a Social Housing specialist, working on behalf of associations as well as local authorities, charities and healthcare companies. She is an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and a former board member.

Anne's experience covers property development for the public sector bringing high value sites to market for residential and mixed use schemes and regeneration projects. This experience led to Anne acting for Registered Providers (RPs) on development projects/acquisitions and for a care home developer and operator.

Anne has subsequently acted for numerous RPs in charging of properties in connection with loan facilities, and acted for most of the major funders to the sector. Her work involved multi-million pound loans to many large RPs with substantial portfolios of properties to be charged. Anne managed a team of people involved in this work and is named as a leading individual in this area by Chambers.
