Kate is a Partner and head of the employment team at Clarke Willmott in Taunton. As an experienced advocate she regularly appears in the London and regional Employment Tribunals, and advises employers on a variety of employment law related matters from large scale business restructures, through to defending employee unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. Kate acts for a wide range of employers throughout the south west region and has particular expertise in advising educational establishments, agricultural and farming businesses and is regularly referred work by the NFU. She has a reputation for providing commercial, clear and timely advice to assist businesses to function profitably despite the ever increasing rafts of employment legislation they are subjected to.

Kate is a popular speaker at seminars and training events and a regular contributor to regional media coverage on business related issues. She and her team also provide HR support and bespoke terms, conditions and policies of employment.
