Kerry is team manager of the Clinical Negligence team, she is an experienced Solicitor who has specialised in medical negligence work for claimant's for over 10 years.  She deals with a broad spectrum of cases, but has particular interest in birth injuries including cerebral palsy cases, brain injury, spinal injury and delay in diagnosing cancer.

Recent successes include settlement of £1.5 million for a gentleman following negligent cardiac surgery and £500,000 for a lady following the death of her partner as a result of GP negligence.

Kerry is a panel member for AvMA (Action Against Medical Accidents) and also the Law Society's Medical Negligence Panel.  She has a diploma in Anatomy and Physiology and is a member of the Bristol Medico-Legal Society.
