Jamie is a Solicitor-Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience in all courts. He specialises in regulatory law, advising and representing clients involved in environmental prosecutions, health and safety prosecutions and animal welfare cases. In addition he provides advice and representation for motoring offences. Jamie also advises on food law matters, providing labelling and regulatory advice to food producers and farmers. Jamie's practice includes prosecuting and defending professionals involved in misconduct hearings brought by their professional regulators with particular emphasis on the healthcare and accountancy fields.
