Daniel Eames has experience in all aspects of family law but has particular experience in acting for high net worth clients in complex financial disputes (arising from marriage or cohabitation) and in those cases involving an international aspect. He is chair of Resolution's International Committee and a member of Resolution's National Committee, an author on international enforcement, and a contributor to Resolution's book on International Family Law which was published in June 2009. He is also commissioned by Lexis Nexis to provide on-line content for their Know How service on international family law issues.

Daniel is a trained Collaborative lawyer, a member of Resolution's Collaborative Law Marketing Committee and Chair of the Somerset Collaborative Law Group, and is instrumental in developing Collaborative Law in the South West.

Daniel is a leader in his field in Chambers (noted for his international expertise and 'effective approach' ), and is an accredited specialist in high asset cases and in European and International Family Law.

Daniel also writes regularly for his International Divorce Specialist blog.
