Paul is joint head of the Intellectual Property Group including the trade mark and design practice. He joined Clarke Willmott in November 2009 from SJ Berwin. He specialises in all aspects of intellectual property law including trademarks, patents, copyright, designs, domain names and confidential information and has a diploma in Intellectual Property Law & Practice from the University of Bristol.

Paul advises clients on the full range of intellectual property services including the protection, enforcement and exploitation of such rights. He has significant experience in managing trade mark and design portfolios for clients and regularly instructs overseas agents to file trade marks and designs on behalf of clients. Paul has particular expertise in working with clients to develop effective strategies to deal with counterfeit and unlawful parallel imported products. Paul regularly speaks at intellectual property conferences and writes articles for leading journals.
