The welfare and happiness of older and vulnerable people often involves an understanding of the complex legal issues relating to mental health and social care, and may require family and friends to take difficult decisions with little advance warning.
Our aim is to work with you to plan for these challenges.
If, however, events are sudden and unexpected, such that advance planning is not possible, we will work with both the family/friends of the person concerned and the Court of Protection to make sure the necessary care and financial arrangements are put in place.
