- Advance Planning - protecting family assets with wills
- Pre nuptial agreements – worth a difficult conversation
- Planning for two families – balancing the needs of the family and step children
Advising Clients with Children

Providing advice to parents concerned about future financial provision for their children involves particular considerations. This seminar will look at those concerns, in particular:
- Guardianship – how can you make sure young children are provided for in the event of tragedy?
- Gifting – how and when to make gifts (including deposits on flats/houses etc)
- Trusts – the benefits and drawback of trusts to protect children
- The worm turns – your children as your executors/attorneys and carers. Any issues?
All the seminars are at Clarke Willmott LLP, Bristol offices with registration at 08.00 for an 08.15 start. The seminars will finish by 09.30 and a buffet breakfast will be provided.
