These can have a profound effect on a client's businesses at key times of the production cycle. We adopt an integrated approach with our property colleagues to ensure that the housing issues of agricultural workers are adequately dealt with when employing employees or terminating their employment.

If no compromised solution can be achieved we represent clients in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and higher courts if required.
