We do this by understanding as much as we can about our clients, businesses and the markets in which they operate. For instance, we view ourselves in terms of mixed client-facing teams rather than as a range of legal services. We're not corporate led or property led or litigation led - we're just client led.
As well as investing in our technical skills, we also take time to understand our chosen sectors and the markets in which they operate. In fact, understanding these sectors is an important part of our training programme. The sectors we currently work with are Agriculture, International, Private Client, Real Estate and Construction, Renewable Energy, Retail and Sport.
