CWIP is divided into three categories:

  • A low risk option, which we recommend for investors who want less risk for the majority of their investment. The fixed set-up fee for this option is £500 plus VAT.

  • A medium risk option, where half of the funds paid will have exposure to a wide range of equity investments. The fixed set-up fee for this option is £850 plus VAT.

  • A bespoke personal service, which can include the creation of flexible trusts for children or grandchildren. The fixed set-up fee for this approach is £1400 plus VAT.

The first two options are suitable for outright gifts only. Where appropriate an ISA umbrella will be provided at no additional cost.

CWIP is suitable for both single and regular contributions. It is not necessary to commit to any prepayment plan and there are no penalties for ceasing contributions. Of course, the value of the equity investments we recommend may fall as well as rise and your beneficiaries may receive less than you have paid in. However, while we cannot guarantee performance, we can guarantee complete transparency of advice and recommendations.

For investors who wish to combine CWIP with the protection of life insurance, we can arrange for a specialist intermediary to obtain quotations for such a policy. Any proceeds of such a policy must be written under an appropriate trust. There will be no extra charge for this option beyond the payment of the insurance premiums. However, this option will attract commission to meet the charges of the intermediary.
