Learning & Development

We are committed to developing and investing in our people. As well as offering legal training, we encourage people to develop their personal, management, IT and business development skills. We will pay for relevant courses, and if you wish to pursue external qualifications we can offer financial and study leave support.

We have a development programme in place for our senior associates, known in-house as "Fame Academy". This programme provides our lawyers with the necessary skills they need to succeed, such as business development, financial management and leadership skills.

In addition, all of our people are appraised annually and meet with their managers at the six-month mid-point to ensure that development objectives and learning tools are in place to help and support them throughout their career.

Social & Sports

We are extremely active with regard to sports and social. We have a social committee based in each office that organise events on a monthly basis. These include quiz nights, summer barbecues, Christmas parties and the traditional First Friday of Fun where the partners invite everyone to join them for drinks and the opportunity to socialise with colleagues.
